SAUVIGNON BLANC

This Sensational Sauvignon Blanc is the result of a combination of factors that are the basis for all great wines, character defining terroir, a warm and dry growing season, well tented vines and a passionate wine maker. After a fermentation of only he best plost of vines, the final selection is made from tank, as to which wines, will become part of the final blend. All of the vineyards are located in areas which have cool night time temperatures and this helps to keep grape acids intact. The combination of soil diversity and cool nights enables the fruit to mature slowly for ideal aroma and flavoure complexities in the wine. The result is an exellent wine.
